Go to the API Documentation. All classes and function exists in two packages. The coscms package contains common classes used for development, and one file (common.inc) with functions. The bootstrap (as most people calls it is located in head.php - it loads everything when using the coscms as platform for doing web development). The shell package is mostly functions for doing work in a shell environment.
